    Dvir Salomon joined magicJack VocalTec in 2010, initially leading all research and development and now serving as EVP & Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Salomon has over 17 years of experience in complex communication systems, including VoIP, wireless service networks, and QoS. In 2008, Mr. Salomon co-founded CityOnHand, a GPS-based multimedia tour guide for smartphones, leading all technology and business development while also co-founding CrosIT Solutions, a consulting and information technology provider. Prior to founding the technology startups, Mr. Salomon was a manager at Airspan Ltd. and Arelnet Ltd. where he developed his VoIP and wireless service provider expertise. Mr. Salomon holds a BSc in Technology Management from HIT.

      Mr. Harris was appointed to the Board on March 26, 2013. Mr. Harris is founder and president of Harris & Associates, a seventeen-year-old consulting firm specializing in financial, operational and strategic consulting services to start-up and high growth telecommunications and technology firms. Mr. Harris’ experience includes strategic planning, capital formation, corporate valuations, litigation support and expert testimony. He has served as CFO for Independent Wireless One; as VP operations, finance and administration for Horizon Cellular Telephone Company; as VP and CFO for Metrophone Cellular Communications Company; as CFO for Nobel Learning Centers; as Controller for Harrah’s Atlantic City and as audit manager for Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Harris holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School in Philadelphia, a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and has a CPA license in Pennsylvania.

          Tali Yaron-Eldar was appointed to the Company's Board on April 28, 2011. Ms. Yaron-Eldar was appointed Chairperson of the Company's Audit Committee in December 2011. Since January 2004, Ms. Yaron-Eldar has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arazim Investment Company, a publicly traded real estate investment company. She was a partner with the law firm Cohen, Yaron-Eldar & Co. from January 2007 to March 2007, when she became a partner with the law firm of Tadmor & Co. Ms. Yaron-Eldar has also served in a variety of public positions, including Chief Legal Advisor of the Customs and V.A.T. Department of the Finance Ministry of the State of Israel from 1998 to 2001 and as the Commissioner of Income Tax and Real Property Tax Authority of the State of Israel from 2002 to 2004. She currently serves as a director of Rosetta Genomics Ltd., a biotech company traded on Nasdaq; Menofim Finansim Ltd., a real estate company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange; EMI-Insurance, a mortgage insurance company, and Juno Capital. Ms. Yaron-Eldar holds an MBA, specializing in finance, and an LLB from Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.

            Schaeffer was elected to the Board upon the consummation of the merger. Schaeffer has served as a Director of YMax since 2009. Schaeffer served as the Chairman of the New York Mercantile Exchange from 2006 to 2009. From 1996 to 2006, Schaeffer was a Managing Director with ABN Amro Bank.

              Rosen was appointed as Chairman of our Board of Directors in November 2005 (following and pursuant to the business combination). Rosen has served as a special advisor to HarbourVest Partners LLC since March 2003 and is a board member of Ozarot Ltd., an asset management company. From November 1996 through January 2004, Rosen served as Vice President of Teledata Networks (formerly ADC Telecommunications, Israel and prior thereto Teledata Communications Ltd.) and in that capacity, in addition to serving as chairman of the board of Tdsoft, Rosen served on the board of directors of each of G-Connect Ltd., VManage Ltd., Mind CTI Ltd. and various other companies. Rosen received a B.Sc. (cum laude) in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University in 1979, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University in 1986.

              Tsipi Kagan

                Tsipi Kagan was appointed as an external director of VocalTec in October 2008. Since November 2008, Kagan has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xjet Ltd., a private company developing and manufacturing equipment for the production of solar cells. From 2003 to August 2008, Kagan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Radvision Ltd., a communications equipment developer. From 2000 to 2003, Kagan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Phone-Or Ltd., a developer of optical microphones and sensors. From 1994 to 2000, Kagan served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, Israel. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Kagan served as a Public Accountant at Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co., Los Angeles. Kagan holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and a Certificate of Advanced Accounting Studies from Tel Aviv University.

                  Dr. Sing was appointed to the Company's Board upon the consummation of the Merger, on July 16, 2010. Dr. Sing is the President of TigerJet Networks, Inc. ("TigerJet"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Dr. Sing brings more than 30 years of semiconductor and VolP communication industry experience to the Company. He was appointed as a director of YMax in 2008 and Chairmanof YMax in October 2009. Prior to its acquisition by YMax in 2008, from 1998 to 2008, Dr. Sing founded and was the Chief Executive Offcer of TigerJet. Prior to founding Tigerjet, Dr. Sing was the founder of 8x8 Inc/Packet 8, a video conferencing and VolP company and served as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman from 1987 to 1997. Dr. Sing received a PhD and MS degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
