Comprehensive Coverage with “Premium Plus”
We are pleased to announce our new Premium Plus support and maintenance service package. Premium Plus is a comprehensive maintenance plan that complements the existing “Standard” and “Premium” packages in order to provide our customers with the flexibility to choose a support package that best fits their needs.
Premium Plus includes all the services available with the “Premium” package and in addition, customers that purchase Premium Plus will receive all new and current major software releases.
Performance improvements, new features (excluding licensed features), and fixes are provided in order to keep the network up-to-date with all changes and improvements made during the lifecycle of the products. Premium Plus ensures optimal operation of your VocalTec installed base.
