Ido Gur , President and CEO , joined VocalTec in September 2008. Mr. Gur brings a wealth of experience in the management of global technology companies. Prior to joining VocalTec, he held a number of key positions, including three years at ECI Telecom as Executive Vice President Global Sales & Marketing, EVP Sales & Marketing at Corrigent networks and seven years at ECI Telecom in various Marketing & Sales positions. In addition, at the beginning of his career Mr. Gur worked for five years as a R&D team leader in an Israeli startup named Holo-Or. Mr. Gur has a masters degree in physics from the Tel Aviv University, Israel. |

Joshua Di-nur, Chief Financial Officer, joined VocalTec in September 2008. Mr. Di-nur brings with him vast finance management experience in Israel and abroad in both public and private companies. During his business career, Mr. Di-nur held various senior executive positions. Most recently and prior to joining VocalTec he served as the president of ECI telecom in China, the CFO of the Optical Network Division of ECI Telecom, a leading developer and manufacturer of telecommunication equipment and the CFO of Pelephone Communication Ltd., a leading Israeli cellular operator. Mr. Di-nur is a certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.

Yoav Melamed, Vice President of Research & Development, joined VocalTec in September 2006. Mr. Melamed brings with him over ten years of experience in leading research and development teams in various technology domains. Most recently, Mr. Melamed has been specializing in VoIP solutions and has acquired vast expertise in varying VoIP technologies. In addition, Mr. Melamed is an avid supporter of innovative R&D methodologies and has successfully integrated such methodologies among his working groups to meet ongoing business challenges. Mr. Yoav holds a BA in Social Science from Tel-Aviv University. |

Daniel Redel, Vice President of Professional Services, joined VocalTec in April 2005. Mr. Redel brings with him ten years of experience in a range of technical support positions with leading global companies in the voice and data space. Having acquired extensive experience working with both service providers and vendors, Mr. Redel brings with him a holistic approach to customer service relations. Additionally, Mr. Redel has extensive experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with multi-national OEMs, distributors and business partners. Mr. Redel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Northeastern University, focusing on Computers and Communications.

Yair Golan, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, joined VocalTec in November 2005. In 2003, Mr. Golan joined Tdsoft and served as the Manager of its European Office, and joined VocalTec's management in January 2006. Prior to joining Tdsoft, Mr. Golan served as VP Business Development for TVGate, the interactive TV Division of Comverse Ltd. (NASDAQ: CMVT). Before joining the Telecom industry, Mr. Golan served in various management and consulting positions at the Israel Prime Minister’s Office. Mr. Golan holds an MBA degree from École Supérieure de Gestion (Paris, France). |

Michal Tal, Vice President of Human Resources, joined VocalTec in November 2005. In 2004, Ms. Tal joined TdSoft and served as Director of Human Resources, and joined VocalTec's management in 2009. Prior to joining TdSoft, Ms. Tal served in various human resource positions, primarily in the high-tech industry. Ms. Tal has acquired extensive human resource management experience, including employee and international work relations, policy issues and training in the corporate world. Ms. Tal holds a BA in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel.
